DMCA Policy for hentaiXperience

At hentaiXperience, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our website, we encourage you to notify us by following the procedure outlined below.

Copyright Infringement Notification

To file a notification of claimed infringement, please provide us with the following information in writing (via email to dmca@hentaixperience.com):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you believe have been infringed upon. Please include enough detail to allow us to identify the work(s) on our site.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or disabled. Please provide a URL to the specific content, if possible.
  3. Your contact information, including:

    • Your telephone number
    • Your email address
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature, or the signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Once we receive your valid DMCA notification, we will investigate the matter and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the infringing content as required by the DMCA.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@hentaixperience.com with the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  2. Your contact information, including:
    • Your full name
    • Your physical address
    • Your telephone number
    • Your email address
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which hentaiXperience may be found).
  5. Your electronic or physical signature, or the signature of the person authorized to act on your behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10-14 business days, unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action to restrain the content.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe that someone is a repeat infringer, please provide us with the relevant details at dmca@hentaixperience.com.
